As a person that enjoys taking and editing photos, I have been finding my way around more than a few editing programs. Many of them can be very complicated to use and end up just leaving me frustrated. Recently, I was introduced to a browser-based program called FotoJet. It’s an all-in-one app capable of doing graphic design, photo editing, and creative collages. It also now utilizes HTML5… the latest soon-to-be-standard tech.

Okay, so now that I got all that technical-sounding stuff out of my system… Fotojet turned out to be just plain fun and easy! I was able to create some pretty cool collages in literally seconds. They have tons of styles to choose from and cover common holidays and special occasions. The 3D style ones were my personal favorite because they look so different from what other editors offer. You just select the collage, click on the blank spaces and get prompted to choose pictures, and then make minor adjustments by clicking and dragging. You can add filters to the photos. If you want, you can even change the background. They have solid colors, customizable gradients, and patterns. Add or edit text to make it uniquely yours. Even the text has several options including adding outlines.

The fun doesn’t stop there! You can create graphics from templates or completely from your imagination. Aa blogger, this part is really exciting for me. They have all the standard social media sizes ready to go. These would also be great for creating invitations, greeting cards, and other everyday communication. You can also do some pretty extensive photo editing. You can make basic color edits, add effects, dress it up with text, and frame it! All of the elements of Fotojet ran very smoothly and quickly. The changes were almost instantly visible even on my slow computer. I love all the size options. You can also save as png or jpg.

Overall, a really beautifully designed site that everyone from amateur to pro would benefit from. It’s very easy to understand and the results are quite lovely! I highly recommend you check it out. The basic account is free and offers a lot fo great options. You can also upgrade for a ton of extra features, clipart, templates, and more… definitely worth it! It is $4.99 a month, but you can save a ton of money by going with the yearly plan. It’s a 40% savings that works out to less than $3 a month. I can tell you that I currently pay twice that for a program that does half as much. 🙁

Pros: Easy to use. Beautiful templates. Tons of options. Fun clipart. Free and paid option.

Cons: Need internet connection, but these days it’s not often we are without one.
