Can I be honest? It has become very difficult to find the inspiration to write a new post about my meals every day. I’m stuck on a bit of a repeat from last month and I feel like I don’t have anything exciting to offer you.
In all honestly, I’m feeling that rut with my day-to-day meals too. It’s making it difficult for me to stay on track. I thought it was because our produce selection was dwindling, but now that we are restocked I just keep looking at my Nutrisystem stash and not finding what I’m hungry for. I can plan everything out the day before, but when I go to eat it I don’t want it so I make something else.
I am happy to report that I passed my concerns on to my counselor and they allowed me the opportunity to choose my own meals for month three. I’m looking forward to the influx of new foods to perk me up again!
