It’s the perfect way to learn more about essential oils and get started on creating your own recipes. We received the November box, which clearly had a holiday theme. Our box contained full-size bottles of Pine, Rosemary, and Frankincense. We also received a full-size “Happy Joy” blend and a “Curb Hunger” roll-on. A small Mason jar, spray bottle, two amber bottles, and a ribbon were also included for creating the recipes. Our recipes for this month included DIY Scented Ornaments, Christmas Air Freshener, and Holiday Home Scent Spray. You can see my unboxing video for a closer look.
First I have to say that the box smelled amazing. The Pine scent dominated, but there was overall a feeling of the holidays. The first project that I did was the Air Freshener. It was a simple blend of basic kitchen ingredients… and they included the jar and a ribbon. The scent spray was a very easy project too. It was really nice to have the bottle included in my kit, so I didn’t have to go shop for the right bottle. It looked ready to gift! The recipes have a specific blend of oils to use, but there is lots of room for you to customize to your own tastes or the season. I could easily see making a Happy Joy air freshener or a Lavender home scent spray.

A monthly charge of $39 is a bit rough on smaller budgets, but you would pay that for just one or two essential oils elsewhere. I do wish they offered a smaller kit or an option to ship quarterly or another more budget-friendly option. It’s a lot of fun and I hate to see people missing out because money is tight. Essential oils and making your own products can save money in the long run.
This would make a great gift… just don’t forget to sign yourself up too. Pros: Full-size products. Great value for what’s included. Should only need a few home basic to complete recipes. Projects are fun, easy, and useful!
Cons: Cost may be prohibitive for some.
